Gout joined the party last night. Gout cannot possibly be caused by what the literature says it is. Woke in pretty fair discomfort, took a pill, all was well. Dreamed of my dream Sligo and my favorite café, which isn’t there. Asked Alexa for “Sufi Music,” got something very odd but oddly calming.
